Hawaii Payment Information

We are using the tour company, American Musical Salute, out of Mesa, AZ for our tour. Below is a link to make payments for members of the Westlake High School Band.

  1. To make a payment, simply click on the “Donate” button on the screen. This will take you to a Paypal secure page to enter payment information. You may either use your own Paypal account (if you have one) or enter credit card information on the page.
  2. Click “Review Donation and continue”, and you’ll be directed to a page in which you can designate which participant the payment is for.

We will receive notification of payment, and will post it to the general Westlake account and credit it to the appropriate member of your group.

Competition/Application Fees  $21.79
Misc.  $25.00
RED ROCKS/BOA – ST. GEORGE  $175.00
Offset Costs (District allocation and Parades)  $(39.29)
TOTAL BASIC FEE  $725

($100 deposit is included in this total of $725)
